Rebecca LaMarca, MSN, APN - BC
CEO/FOUNDER
As the CEO and Founder of Holistic Home Detox, Rebecca LaMarca has an MSN Family Nurse Practitioner from Monmouth University and a BSN from Villanova University. Furthermore, Rebecca is a Certified Nutrition Specialist®, successfully completing her certification from Cornell University, and completing her Functional Medicine certificate from the Institute of Functional Medicine. As she has much experience in substance abuse working at clinics in NYC and NJ, Rebecca has a certificate for the successful completion of training on the placement of the Neuro-Stim System Device: BRIDGE.
Rebecca was born and raised in Morris County, NJ, coming from a family of engineers and scientists. As a former Villanova University Division 1 softball player, her athletic and nurse background has lead her to have a strong passion for health and wellness.
Rebecca continues to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and new technologies in order to curate personalized treatment plans for each of her clients to reach their health goals. She views her role as that of a teacher, one who empowers and guides individuals at every step of their journey.
Dr. Shabbar Danish, MD
Dr. Danish was first introduced to alternative medicine in medical school. While working as a neurosurgeon, he felt there was something missing in the care he wanted to provide for his clients with pain symptoms.
Dr. Danish believes in restoring health through non-invasive therapies and various myofascial techniques, nutritional counseling, mineral and vitamin supplementation, botanical medicine and acupuncture. He uses both conventional and functional diagnostic techniques to investigate the root cause of each clients' unique set of symptoms.
Dr. Danish was born and raised in Middlesex County, NJ. He comes from a family with a long line of medical professionals. He currently works as a neurosurgeon at RWJ Barnabas Health in New Brunswick, NJ. His hobbies include spending time with his wife and two children, and playing the bass in his cover band Outsourced.
Katherine Cordero
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As a prior hospital nurse, Katherine has always felt passionate about holistic medicine, having been doing it now for over 2 years. Today, many of those who contact us speak with her directly, as she manages and processes all systems the company uses daily.
Katherine currently lives in Morris County, NJ and is a devoted wife and loving mother of two girls. She loves to spend time with family and prior to COVID-19, she loved vacationing in the Caribbean.
